I Shouldn't Think So Much

Okay, just disregard my last post. I saw something on my little MapLoco that made me a little loco... To answer your question, Coco, no pervs, murderers, swindlers, con artists or anything of that ilk. Just a little PTSD about bloggings-past that were used against me. It's just that I noticed a little heart on my visitor map that hit a little...well...close to home, so to speak. It's all good though. I'm fairly certain I overreacted. Wouldn't be the first time.

Now, for something interesting... I GOT THE JOB! Let me tell ya, that's a good way to start the weekend. My boss's boss, who I didn't even realized knew me from Adam, told me today how happy she was that I got the job and how excited she had been when she heard I was applying for it. That was pretty cool.

Equally cool is that it comes with a slight raise - enough to offset the cost of the new daycare.

And speaking of daycare, today when I picked Mini up, the first words out of L's mouth were: "He is such a joy to have around. We've been in stitches all day because he's such a character. All the parents were asking me, 'Who is this kid? He's AWESOME!'" And then she told me I should consider writing a parenting book. Yeah, right. Trust me, it's more his own natural personality than anything his PARENTS have done. But still, that was pretty great to hear.

Even better than the new job and raise.
